Would I not be right in saying that if Anglian are the largest and oldest established company in our industry with as they advertise it '1,000,000 customers' notice the word satisfied is not used lol then on a public forum they will by that very fact expect to be discussed more than anyone else. By the way I thought Anglianeyes was just an irate customer but this is more than an irate customer this is a crusade!!!!!! Victory or Death as used to be the battle cry in times gone by!!!!!!!!!!!

I personally don't like insurance, Ever you have some problem first of all you have to get rid of the all policies implemented by the insurance companies. This lenghty process gives you the perfect way.
Put your demands to God, Will give you what you want to have.

Since the basic purpose of the internet is to share the knowledge and to communicate with each other, I can say that forums and blogs are playing one of the vital role in sharing the knowledge and to communicate with each other.
Put your demands to God, Will give you what you want to have.

It still makes me cringe even today after spending years in the trade at the volume of consumers who say that self destructive phrase 'A window's a window mate, just give me your best price'.
or;
"What do I want to see a sample of your window for mate? they're all the same it's just that some companies have more overheads to cover so they charge more'
I think if consumers changed that mind set then that would be a huge step forward to avoiding the conmen within the trade.
Although, I did also note that almost all consumers who were wanting to replace windows less than 18 months old as they were absolute tat and couldn't refer back to the original supplier because they had vanished, always wanted to see the sample units I used and had many in depth questions.
'Once bitten...' maybe.
It's just a shame that so many consumers will not listen when you enter their home as they have a preset mindset telling them to ignore every word you say because it's all rubbish and lies, when in fact, the most affective way to avoid a conman is simply to learn about the product that you wish to purchase before making any decisions and remember when you are told 'all windows are different' it's not a sales ploy, it is fact. exactly the same with any other product.
