Hi
Please can anyone offer me any advice. I had Heatshield in Peterborough fit me a conservatory a couple or years ago. Their service was dreadful, the fitters useless and they took months and months to complete it. I hoped that Id never have to contact them again but now one window seal has gone and another window catch isnt working properly. I rang them months ago and spoke to the same man, the boss, who kept telling me they would come ''next week'' to sort it, now they''ve sent me a dodgy email saying that Heatshield are no more. How come their website is still running as ''Heatshield''? Is there anything at all I can do? Will Fensa help? How come these dodgy window companies can get away with doing this and ripping people off? If anyone can help me Id be very, very grateful.

Do you have the original contract? Also, how did you pay? If you paid via finance (aka a credit agreement) or a credit card, approach them, to get them to sort it.
